1. Active search for customers OFFLINE (magazines, publishers etc)

2. Active search for customers on freelance markets (GURU, Elance, Odesk etc) and other outsorcing resources

3. In case of obtaining an order: providing flexible and up-to-speed communication between customer and executor; taking care of reporting the work in progress

4. Quickly reacting to changes in the work process and being always in contact

Requirements:

1. General understanding of the specifics of the area (ILLUSTRATION, GRAPHICAL DESIGN) is very needed. Being up to date (and taking advantage of opportunities to broaden one’s horizons in these areas)

2. Firm grasp of project management skills

3. Fluent English (oral and written skills)

4. Ability to work with outsource markets (Elance, GURU, Odesk, Freelancer)

The professional is needed for long-term cooperation.
